PROCEDURE.

1. Brake caliper.

2. Lock screw 17 and disc

3. Remove screws 18 securing the dust shield through the holes in the hub.

4. Rotate dust shield 11 so that the narrow web around the hole can be cut with scissors.

5. Remove the dust shield through the hub flange.

Install or connect

Preparing New Dust Shield for Installation
A. SCISSORS.

B. NARROW WEB AROUND DUST SHIELD HOLE.

11. NEW DUST SHIELD

PROCEDURE.

1. Before installing the new dust shield, cut through the narrow web around the hole. Remove burrs and paint the cut edge.

2. Thread the dust shield slit through the hub flange and secure it with screws to the front strut bracket.

3. Brake disc 13 and locking screw
