Remove or disconnect:

PROCEDURE.

1. Stop light switch.

2. Return spring.

3. Clevis and pushrod pin.

4. Spring clip 303 from pivot shaft 306.

5. Nut 304 and washer

305. Remove pivot shaft 306 to the left.

6. Brake pedal

308. Note the position of the return spring.

Installation

PROCEDURE.

1. Install pedal pad 309 on the new pedal.

2. Brake pedal

308. Install the return spring in its original position.

3. Pivot shaft 306. Insert from the left side. Lubricate the shaft before installation.

4. Install nut 304 and washer 305 on shaft

306. Tighten nut 304 to 18 N·m.

5. Push rod clevis, insert pin.

6. Spring clip 303 onto pin
