Removal Caution: on vehicles with electrically adjustable outside mirrors, the door trim panel must be removed so that the multi-pin connector for the mirror control in the door frame can be disconnected.

  • Pry off the inner mirror cover with a small screwdriver. Place a cloth or paper padding underneath to avoid scratching the paint. On mirrors with manual inside adjustment, pull off the adjusting knob, unscrew the slotted nut - 1 - and pry off the cover - 2 -.

Auÿenspiegel aus-und einbauen

  • Unscrew the outside mirror while holding the mirror on the outside so that it cannot fall down.

  • Remove the outside mirror from the door.

Installation

  • Fit the outside mirror and secure it with screws.

  • Clip the mirror cover into place or secure it with the slotted nut.

  • Press on the mirror adjustment knob.
