Remove and install center console

Disconnect the battery negative (-) cable. Warning: this erases electronic memories, such as engine operating values. Observe the notes in the chapter "Remove and install battery".

Unclip the gear lever boot and fold it up.

Pry out the rear storage tray floor and unscrew the bolt underneath.

Remove the ashtray and unscrew the bolts underneath.

Lift the retaining tab for the switch panel in front of the handbrake lever.

Disconnect the connector for the electric exterior mirror adjustment from the back of the panel.

In the front part of the center console, press out 2 clips and unscrew 2 bolts.

Lift the center console upward and off.

Install the center console and secure it with 2 clips and 2 bolts.

Plug in the connector for the electric exterior mirror adjustment on the switch panel and snap the panel into place.

Screw the rear of the center console in place and insert the rear storage tray floor.

Fold the gear lever boot down and clip it in place.

Connect the battery negative cable (-).

Set the clock.

If required, enter the radio anti-theft code.
