Tightening torque found on this page
Caution: to remove the cylinder head, the complete engine must be removed, since the timing belt cannot otherwise be removed due to lack of space. The following therefore only lists the tightening specifications for the cylinder head bolts. Step 1: with torque wrench 40 N·m Step 2: turn all bolts a further 90 (1/4 turn) with a rigid wrench Step 3: turn all bolts a further 90 (1/4 turn) with a rigid wrench Step 4: turn all bolts a further 90 (1/4 turn) with a rigid wrench Caution: cylinder head bolts must not be retightened when the engine is warm.
