Special: 2.0-L engine

Belt routing: 1 - crankshaft; 2 - idler pulley; 3 - power steering pump; 4 - alternator; 5 - air conditioning compressor; 6 - automatic belt tensioner for V-ribbed belt no. 1; 7 - automatic belt tensioner for V-ribbed belt no. 2.
Note: on versions without air conditioning, pulleys - 5 - and - 6 - are omitted. V-ribbed belt no. 1 is then tensioned by loosening and pivoting the alternator.
V-ribbed belt no. 1: release by loosening the centre screw of belt tensioner - 6 -. When loosening the centre screw, the tension of the inner spring of the belt tensioner is reduced.
V-ribbed belt no. 2: release by loosening the centre screw of belt tensioner - 7 -.
Fit the V-ribbed belts. Release the belt tensioner screws.
Caution: the preloaded springs of the belt tensioners ensure correct belt tension after a few engine revolutions.
