REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. Open the door.

2. Remove screw –1– from handle –2–.

3. Pull the handle trim panel down out of the door trim panel –3–.

4. Remove 2 screws –4–.

5. Remove 2 screws –5–.

6. Pull the door trim panel up approximately 20 cm away from the door frame. 6 – retaining clip pad.

7. Remove the trim panel insulation.

8. Remove the inner release cable –1– from guide –2– and disconnect it.

9. Disconnect connector –1– of the power window switch. 3 – retaining clips.

10. Disconnect connector –2– of the mirror adjustment switch. 4 – lever, 5 – bracket.

11. Remove door trim panel –3–. INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. Install the door trim panel.

2. If necessary, connect the hook pads –6–.

3. Connect the power window switch and the mirror adjustment switch.

4. Connect the inner door release cable and insert it into the guide. Refer to the illustration. Insert the foam seal element.

5. Press the trim panel against the door frame and secure it at the top with screws –5–.

6. Tighten screws –4– to a torque of 2.5 N·m.

7. Insert the handle trim –2– from below into the door trim panel and secure it with screw –1– to a torque of 1.5 N·m.
