Rear Window Wiper

~1min read

The rear window wiper is switched on by pushing the lever switch of the wiper toward the instrument panel. At the same time the washer pump is switched on, and after a certain time water is sprayed from the nozzle. A short press of the switch activates intermittent operation. To switch it off, press the switch again. Terminal 53 supplies power to the wiper motor; terminal 53a supplies current that returns the blades to their parked position.
