Upper indicator lamps in the instrument cluster
In this manual: Instruments and Auxiliary Equipment
~1min read
If the vehicle is not equipped with a self-check system, the upper panel between the round gauges contains the coolant warning lamps (high temperature and low coolant level), the brake system warning lamp (low brake fluid level), and the oil pressure warning lamp (together with a buzzer). This Audi warning panel is called the "mini-check system".
If the vehicle is equipped with a self-check system, the upper warning panel is reserved for the symbol indicators of the monitoring system (described later in this chapter).
