If the metal wiper blade frame is still in good condition, replacing only the rubber insert is sufficient.


PROCEDURE

Obtain a replacement wiper rubber insert from a parts store, matching the existing one (workshops rarely stock them).

Bend back the retaining clips around the rubber insert at one end of the blade.

Remove the old rubber insert and fit the metal strips on both sides onto the new insert. Make sure the bend points downward (toward the glass).

Insert the new rubber insert and close the retaining clips.
