Immobilizer Warning Light

The warning light illuminates when the ignition key is turned to the ON (II) position. If the ignition key code matches the immobilizer code, the light goes off. Otherwise (when a key with an incorrect code is inserted in the ignition switch), the light flashes and the immobilizer cuts off fuel supply to prevent the engine from starting (also refer to page 149).
