Outside Air Temperature Display Adjustment
If the outside air temperature displayed shows a small systematic error (i.e., always a few degrees higher or lower than the actual temperature), you can adjust the temperature value as follows.

As soon as the text ADJUST OUTSIDE TEMP DISPLAY (Outside Temperature Display Adjustment) appears on the display, press the SEL/RESET button.
The display will go to the setting procedure.

The number highlighted on the display is the current temperature correction value.
To change this value, first select the "+" or "-" symbol by repeatedly pressing the INFO button, then press the SEL/RESET button to change the setting value. Allowable correction values: 0, +1, +2, +3, -1, -2, -3. To store the correction in memory, first press the INFO button to select the SET (Set) icon, then press the SEL/RESET button.

After the operation is completed successfully, the display will show the confirmation SETUP ± °C for a few seconds, and then return to the CHG SETTING (Change Setting) screen. Press the SEL/RESET button, and then press the INFO button repeatedly to access the mode for changing other settings.
If the system is unable to set the selected setting, the display will show the message INCOMPLETE (Setup Not Completed) for a few seconds. The display will return to the beginning of the setting procedure.
You will be able to repeat the setting procedure.
To exit the setting mode without changing the previously set value, select EXIT by pressing the INFO button, then press the SEL/RESET (Select/Reset) button. The display will return to normal operation.
