Sunshades (for certain vehicle trim levels)

Both the front and rear sunshades can be opened. The front sunshade retracts into the center holder by sliding rearward. At the same time, the rear sunshade slides forward into the same holder.
Use the switch located on the ceiling to operate the sunshades. If you need to open or close the sunshades, you will have to turn the ignition switch to the ON (II) position again.

To open the sunshades, press and hold the rear part of the switch. Then release the switch. To close the sunshades, press and hold the front part of the switch. To stop the sunshades, release the switch.

WARNING
The sunshade can trap and seriously injure a hand or fingers.
Before closing the sunshades, make sure there is no risk of trapping the hand or fingers of any passenger.

WARNING: When leaving the vehicle with children or adult passengers inside, always remove the key from the ignition and take it with you.
AUTO mode – To fully open the sunshades, press the rear part of the switch and release it. The sunshades will open fully. To stop the sunshades before they fully open, briefly press the switch while they are moving.
To fully close the sunshades, press the switch forward and release it. The sunshades will close fully automatically. To stop the sunshades before they are fully closed, briefly press the switch while they are moving.
To partially open or partially close the sunshades, lightly press and hold the rear or front part of the switch. You can stop the sunshades at the desired position by releasing the switch.
AUTO REVERSE — If the sunshades are operating in automatic mode and an obstacle is encountered in their path, the sunshades will automatically stop. To close the sunshades after an emergency stop, remove the obstruction and press the switch button again.
The auto reverse function may not operate if the sunshades are almost fully closed. Therefore, always make sure that all passengers in the vehicle are safe before closing the sunshades.
The sunshade operation remains active for some time after the ignition is switched off. You can open and close the sunshades within 10 minutes after the ignition is switched off. However, this function is cancelled after any front door is opened.
