The vehicle is equipped with outside rearview mirror heaters, which help remove a thin layer of ice or condensation from the mirrors. The mirror heaters are activated by pressing the rear window defroster switch when the ignition key is in the ON (II) position.

The indicator built into the button illuminates. To turn off the mirror heaters and the rear window defroster, press the same button again.
