For vehicles equipped with the automated manual transmission (i-SHIFT)

When there is a malfunction in the i-SHIFT system, this icon is displayed on the multi-information display, which may be accompanied by the message "CHECK SYSTEM".

The i-SHIFT indicator on the instrument panel will also come on, and a warning beep will sound. When the above warning messages appear, avoid rapid acceleration, frequent gear changes and high-speed driving. Have the vehicle checked by a dealer as soon as possible. For more information, refer to page 336.

If the clutch overheats, a warning message also appears on the display and the i-SHIFT indicator comes on. Once the clutch temperature drops, the indicator turns off and the message disappears from the display. If the warning signals stop while driving to the dealer, you can continue driving normally.
