High-Speed Driving. Technical Data
For speeds above 160 km/h, the Ford Mustang has specific tire pressure requirements. This section describes the technical requirements for pressure values and safety measures for high-speed driving. It also includes wheel nut torque data and recommendations for the spare wheel.
High-Speed Driving
Tire Pressure – Speeds Above 160 km/h
WARNING
To reduce the potential risk of tire failure, which can result in serious injury or death, increase the pressures for the front and rear tires by the amount shown on the tire pressure label (either on the B-pillar or the driver's side door) when driving at speeds above 160 km/h.
Only exceed speeds of 160 km/h where permitted and when road conditions allow.
The required pressure can be found on the tire pressure label located in the vehicle, either on the B-pillar or the driver's side door.
Warning: Failure to follow these instructions may lead to tire damage and subsequent loss of vehicle stability, which can result in serious injury or death. If you are unsure about the required tire pressures, contact an authorized dealer or service center.

At speeds above 160 km/h, a higher tire pressure may be required.
If such a label is present in the vehicle, adjust the tire pressure accordingly.
