Commands in the list below marked with ___ are dynamic voice commands. The spoken text in place of ___ depends on the context or type of voice command. Examples for ___ are: contact, phone number, artist, genre, point of interest, temperature value or radio frequency.

Automatic Fan Speed Reduction

Depending on the current climate control settings, the fan speed may be reduced automatically to lower the background noise in the vehicle when entering voice commands or making and receiving phone calls.

The normal fan speed is restored automatically when the voice session ends. The fan speed can be adjusted manually during a voice session using the buttons or the fan speed knob.

To turn off automatic fan speed reduction during voice sessions:

  1. Press and hold the A/C button and the recirculation button at the same time.
  2. Release the buttons, then increase the fan speed within a few seconds.

To turn this feature back on, repeat the sequence above.
