Manual Operation

If the electrical system malfunctions, the roof can be operated manually:

1. Take the hex key socket wrench and the screwdriver from the vehicle tool kit, see page 162.

2. Remove the ceiling cover. To do this, place the screwdriver against the cover from the rear side, slightly away from the center, and pry the cover off.

3. Insert the hex key socket wrench into the special opening and turn it to move the roof in the desired direction.
