Opening and closing: inside

This button operates the central locking when the driver's door is closed. It can only unlock or lock the doors, the tailgate and the fuel filler flap. The alarm system is not armed by it.

The central locking can be set to lock automatically when the vehicle starts moving. This function can be programmed individually for each key.

If only the driver's door was unlocked with the remote control, see page 29, then when this button is pressed

► if the driver's door is open – all other doors, the tailgate and the fuel filler flap are unlocked;
► if the driver's door is closed – all these doors and flaps are locked.

Unlocking and opening

► Unlock all doors with the central locking button, then open the required door by pulling its handle above the armrest.
► Or pull the door handle twice: the first pull unlocks the door, and the second opens it.

Locking

► Lock all doors with the central locking button, or
► press down the locking buttons on the doors.

So that the driver cannot be accidentally blocked from entering the vehicle, the locking button does not depress when the driver's door is open.

Do not lock the doors with the locking buttons while driving, otherwise in the event of an accident they cannot be unlocked automatically.

People or animals remaining in the vehicle may lock the doors from the inside.

Therefore, always take the keys with you when leaving the vehicle.
