Ride Height Control

If the warning lamp illuminates or the message "SELFLEVEL SUSP.INACT" appears on the self-diagnosis system display: there is a malfunction in the system.

Stop and inspect the vehicle.

If the rear of the vehicle is lower than the front, even on one side, contact the nearest BMW Service Center. Drive there with caution. Remember that ground clearance is reduced and the suspension is less comfortable.

Even if you do not detect any body tilt, have the system checked at a service station as soon as possible.
