Two-stage brake lamps have two light levels, depending on braking intensity.

Two light levels:

► Normal braking: segments 1 of the side brake lamps and the center brake lamp light up.
► Hard braking or braking initiated by the ABS:

segments 1 and 2 of the side brake lamps and the center brake lamp light up.
