Multi-Information Display (MID)

The main MID display shows information and is used to control the following systems:

► digital clock: time, date;
► audio systems: radio, cassette player, CD player;
► trip computer: fuel consumption, driving range, etc.;
► telephone: dialing a number, etc.

The following pages provide explanations and instructions for operating the clock, trip computer and telephone. For operating the audio systems and telephone, see the separate owner's manuals.

Entering implausible values is not possible. An interruption in the power supply will erase all data.

After power is restored, set the clock. If necessary, program the timer of the auxiliary heating/ventilation system and enter the distance and maximum speed for cruise control.
