Interior Lighting

Interior lighting is controlled automatically.

Manual Switching of Interior Lighting On and Off Press and release button 1.

If you want the interior lighting to remain off at all times, press and hold the button for approx. 3 seconds.

To cancel this state, press and release the button.

The rear compartment light button switches only the rear lighting on and off.

Front Reading Lamps The lamps are switched on and off with the buttons 2 located next to them.

Rear Reading Lamps

The lamps are switched on and off with the buttons located next to them, see arrows.

Footwell and Luggage Compartment Lamps These lamps are controlled depending on the status of the front cabin lamps.

Door Area Lighting The lighting built into the exterior mirrors illuminates the area in front of the front doors. It switches on together with the interior lighting, but not while driving.

To prevent unnecessary battery discharge, all interior lamps switch off automatically 15 minutes after the ignition key is turned to position 0.
