GENERAL INFORMATION

Front door hinge pins

1. SMALL VINYL CAP.

2. HINGE

3. SWITCH

4. LARGE VINYL CAP

5. DOOR OPEN ANGLE LIMITER PLATE

Remove or disconnect:

Open the door and support it properly during removal.

PROCEDURE.

1. Remove the door open angle limiter plate.

2. Remove the large vinyl caps from the door hinge pins.

3. Using a hammer and a punch, drive out the door hinge pins toward the large vinyl cap installation locations. Drive the upper hinge pin downward and the lower hinge pin upward.

4. Remove the door from the vehicle.

Installation

PROCEDURE.

1. Install the door on the vehicle, aligning the door lugs and hinges.

2. Hinge pins. Install the pins using a hammer and punch in the opposite

direction to their removal.

3. Install the large vinyl caps on the door hinge pins.

4. Install the door open angle limiter plate.
