Remove or disconnect:

PROCEDURE.

1. When removing the mounting screws, secure with adhesive tape.

the quarter light relative to the vehicle body (outside).

2. Loosen the upper trim panel attachment.

3. Remove the quarter light hinge mounting screws and remove the quarter light from the vehicle.

4. Drill out the connecting pin using a 5 mm drill and remove the

latch from the quarter light, remove the latch axle from the support boss.

5. Remove the screw and remove the support boss from the quarter light.

Installation

PROCEDURE.

1. Install the support boss onto the quarter light, securing it with the screw.

2. Install the latch onto the support boss, insert the axle and new connecting pin.

3. Install the quarter light onto the vehicle. When installing the mounting screws, secure with

adhesive tape the quarter light relative to the vehicle body (outside).

4. Install the quarter light hinge mounting screws.

5. Install the two latch mounting screws to the body.

6. Upper trim panel.
