Remove or disconnect:

PROCEDURE.

1. Remove the rear door opening seals and cord..

2. Remove the seat belt anchor bolt from the rear pillar. Loosen the fastener of the rear upper trim..

3. Quarter window trim panel..

4. Remove 4 nuts and remove the glass. When replacing the glass, transfer the molding from the old glass to the new glass..

Installation

PROCEDURE.

1. Install the quarter glass, securing it with four nuts..

2. Quarter window trim panel..

3. Seat belt anchor bolt to the rear pillar. Tighten the seat belt anchor bolt to torque

35 N·m..

4. Rear door opening seals and cord..

VEHICLE WITH HATCHBACK BODY

Remove or disconnect:

PROCEDURE.

1. Loosen the retaining clip of the body side trim panel.

2. Remove the three Phillips-head screws securing the glass to the body.

3. Remove the plastic caps from the screw heads located at the front of the window. Use a screwdriver.

4. Remove the two Phillips-head screws and remove the glass.

Installation

PROCEDURE.

1. Install the triangular glass into the window opening. Secure the glass with the two front screws.

2. Install the plastic caps onto the screw heads.

3. Install the three glass retaining screws.

4. Install the body side trim panel.
