Quarter light removal

1. LATCH.

2. GLASS.

3. HINGE MOUNTING SCREWS.

4. 5 MM DRILL.

5. SUPPORT BOSS.

6. LATCH MOUNTING SCREWS

PROCEDURE.

1. When removing the mounting screws, secure with adhesive tape.

the quarter light relative to the vehicle body (outside).

2. Loosen the upper trim panel attachment.

3. Remove the two latch mounting screws from the body.

4. Remove the quarter light hinge mounting screws.

5. Remove the quarter light from the vehicle.

Installation

PROCEDURE.

1. Install the quarter light onto the vehicle. When installing the mounting screws, secure with

adhesive tape the quarter light relative to the vehicle body (outside).

2. Install the quarter light hinge mounting screws.

3. Install the two latch mounting screws to the body.

4. Upper trim panel.
