Outer Ventilation Grille

1. WINDSHIELD WIPER ARM MOUNTING POINTS.

Remove or disconnect:

PROCEDURE.

1. Raise the hood and secure it with the prop rod.

2. Carefully remove the plastic caps from the windshield wiper arms.

The heater supply wire can be reattached to the bus bar by soldering. For soldering, use solder containing 3%

3. Remove the three ventilation grille mounting screws.

4. Disconnect the washer fluid supply hoses from the washer nozzles and remove

the ventilation grille from the vehicle (the ventilation grille consists of two

parts).

Installation

PROCEDURE.

1. Install the ventilation grille on the vehicle. Connect the washer fluid supply hoses.

2. Install the three grille mounting screws.

3. Install the windshield wiper arms. Secure each arm with a nut. Tighten the nuts.

windshield wiper arm mounting torque 20 N·m.

4. Install the plastic caps on the wiper arms.
