Front Bumper Honeycomb Energy Absorber

1. HONEYCOMB ENERGY ABSORBER.

2. FRONT BUMPER MOUNTING BRACKETS

Remove or disconnect:

PROCEDURE.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Front bumper outer cover.

3. Remove 4 bolts and remove the honeycomb energy absorber.

4. Remove 6 bolts and remove the left and right mounting brackets.

Installation

PROCEDURE.

1. Install the left and right front bumper mounting brackets on the vehicle. Secure each bracket with three bolts. Tighten the front bumper mounting bracket bolts.

2. Install the honeycomb energy absorber on the vehicle. Secure the energy absorber with four bolts. Tighten the front bumper honeycomb energy absorber mounting bolts to 29 N·m.

3. Front bumper outer cover.

4. Negative battery cable.
