GENERAL INFORMATION

Front door window regulator A. PLASTIC ADJUSTER

Remove or disconnect

Removal of the Front Door Window Regulator (Sedan)

1. RIVET.

2. ELECTRIC DOOR.

3. FRONT DOOR.

4. BOLTS

PROCEDURE.

1. To prevent damage, fully raise the glass and secure it with

adhesive tape.

2. Door trim panel..

3. Water deflector.

4. Inner seal.

5. Brackets of the movable glass frame.

6. Window regulator cable.

7. Window regulator. Drill out the mounting rivets with an electric drill.

Installation

PROCEDURE.

1. Window regulator cable, by turning the plastic adjuster. When installing a new cable, it must be adjusted and lubricated as supplied.

2. Cable to window regulator. When installing a used cable,

lubricate it with white lithium grease.

3. Window regulator. Secure it with 4.8 x 11 mm rivets.

4. Brackets of the movable glass frame.

5. Inner seal.

6. Water deflector.

7. Door trim panel.

8. Remove the adhesive tape from the glass.
