GENERAL INFORMATION

Valve Location

The control valve is screwed into the throttle body.

Removal and installation

PROCEDURE

1. Disconnect the battery ground cable and remove the air cleaner.

2. Disconnect the connector.

3. Unscrew the valve and remove the spring, piston, and sealing washer.

4. Installation is performed in the reverse order.
